About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data entry and live chat professional to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our crew, you will play a crucial role in the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer method. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development and maintenance of our new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted by Qualtrics, our survey vendor. You will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to drive this initiative forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with application teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in Voice of the Customer methods to transform data within the Cornerstone big data platform.
- Design and build a robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling data processing and standardized metric definitions, utilizing your technical skills in big data technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
- Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through extensive testing at variable and use case levels, and providing guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem.
- Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools, and proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique, utilizing your hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks.
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
- Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to the business groups, and the ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
- Strong technical skills in big data technologies, data modeling, and software development, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working with Qualtrics or similar survey and dashboard platforms, and knowledge of data quality and accuracy principles.
- Familiarity with Cornerstone big data platform and experience with data transformation and innovation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and Voice of the Customer methods, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets and provide insights to drive business decisions.
