**Job Summary**
As a Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of our data. You'll be responsible for monitoring and updating data in a timely manner, identifying gaps and inconsistencies, and collaborating with the sales team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified. **Responsibilities**
* Use Excel and Salesforce to monitor and update data in a timely manner, ensuring that all fields and records are complete and meet required standards.
* Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data within the system and ensure timely follow-up for correction.
* Conduct regular data validation checks to identify inaccuracies or discrepancies in lead information.
* Prepare reports detailing missing or incomplete data and communicate these findings to the sales team.
* Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to address missing data and ensure that leads are properly qualified.
* Provide necessary updates and follow up with the sales team to ensure data is being corrected or qualified based on the information provided.
* Process Improvement:
+ Work within guidelines and tools to streamline data quality processes, aiming to reduce operational costs.
+ Proactively suggest improvements to current data handling practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of data management.
+ Follow established guidelines and workflows to ensure consistency in data entry and reporting.
+ Document and report any challenges or deviations from standard processes to leadership for further action.
**Required Qualifications**
* Proven experience in data entry, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and experience working with Salesforce.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
* Ability to follow specific instructions and adhere to guidelines provided by internal tools and processes.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* A proactive approach to identifying and resolving data-related issues in a timely manner.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
* Experience in sales or lead qualification processes is a plus, but not required.
