**What You'll Be Doing**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users, ensuring their events are successful and memorable. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and effective support to all users of the platform before, during, and after their event
* Running regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors to educate and engage them
* Collaborating with the event team to create content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers
* Providing online and/or onsite support for events throughout their duration
* Serving as the voice of users to improve the product and enhance the overall user experience
**Your Profile**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high level of English and any other language will be appreciated
* Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management
* Experience and/or interest in tech and events
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Collaborative with the ability to work autonomously
* Service-oriented & empathetic toward clients
* A startup mindset - ready to learn, adapt, and initiate quickly
