**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality support to our customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
* Work closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure customer satisfaction and a productive work environment
* Continually learn about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers
* Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence in customer support
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service
* Quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts)
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately
* Enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer
* Previous experience with Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other call center software preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
