**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our customer satisfaction goals
* Utilize our modernized retail location framework to handle tasks such as tagging and registration, boarding, baggage handling, and reservations
* Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
* Balance daily transactions, manage overages or deficiencies, and maintain accurate records
* Review and inspect baggage, answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging clients, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting as needed
* Manage misused clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues quickly and within established company guidelines
* Provide current and accurate fare, schedule, reservation, flight departure/arrival information, and answer general inquiries from clients and other airport guests
* Complete forms and reports as required by the company
* Write anomaly and complaint reports as needed
* Perform other work duties as assigned by supervisors
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
* Ability to understand records, follow guidelines, learn and comprehend tagging strategies, rules, and regulations
* Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
* Ability to complete the Customer Support Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and assessment period
* Familiarity with hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed
* Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft
* Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance, adhering to the Ground Service Worker Handbook and Work Schedule
* Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space
* Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to convey information and directions verbally or through radio equipment
