Log all interactions in our ticketing system, including information and resolution achieved. * **Email & Chat Support:** Respond to customer emails and chats in a timely and professional manner, addressing all questions and issues. Properly enter customer information and resolution in the ticketing system. * **Skill Improvement:** Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Stay up-to-date with support resources provided by the contact center and its clients. * **Communication:** Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your immediate supervisor or department manager.
