**Position Description**
We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Working with a range of clients across various industries, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting
* Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers
**Wage and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate of $10.00 per hour (with a starting rate of $7.25 per hour during training)

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
* A computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements (Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better, Windows 10, 8GB RAM, webcam, and high-speed internet access)
* A quiet workspace with a desk and reliable internet connection
* Ability to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
