You'll work closely with clients to tailor deployment strategies that fit their unique circumstances, proactively address client challenges, and drive end-to-end account growth. Your role will also involve analyzing campaign performance, uncovering insights for future strategies, and acting as a trusted advisor to showcase the value of our platform to clients. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Leading client onboarding calls and ensuring a smooth entry onto the Kyra platform * Tailoring deployment strategies to fit each client's unique circumstances * Proactively addressing client challenges and preventing churn * Driving end-to-end account growth and cultivating upsell opportunities * Analyzing campaign performance and uncovering insights for future strategies * Acting as a trusted advisor and showcasing the value of the platform to clients * Translating client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams * Managing client invoicing and reporting with attention to detail **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * A minimum of 3 years of experience in client service management within an influencer agency * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * A positive attitude and ability to maintain client relationships during challenging times * A college degree or equivalent educational background * A proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, we're looking for candidates with: * Experience in the influencer marketing industry * A strong track record as a Client Success Manager **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
