Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Retain Customer Success team. As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring customer success and delivering desired outcomes through day-to-day management of client engagement services and solution implementations. You will provide success management, business consulting, and process change assessment during the implementation and deployment of our software. Your primary goal will be to foster customer loyalty by ensuring that our customers can successfully realize the value of our solutions and services, leading to continued renewal of existing software subscriptions and identification of expansion opportunities for additional software and services.
