**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Completing a variety of HITs (Human Intelligence Tasks) in a timely and accurate manner. Tasks can vary from simple data entry jobs to more complex analytical tasks.
* Reviewing instructions provided with each HIT and ensuring understanding before beginning work.
* Adhering to quality standards set by requesters and maintaining a high task approval rate.
