**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service / Tax Preparation Representative - Seasonal working from home, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support to resolve routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services
* Help customers prepare their tax returns with accuracy and efficiency
* Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer satisfaction
* Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, exceeding customer expectations
**Essential Qualifications**

* Recent tax experience, with a strong understanding of tax preparation and compliance
