**Job Summary:**
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team in Texas. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate information
* Analyze payment history and notes to resolve customer issues and communicate statuses
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity
* Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
**Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet performance metrics and deadlines
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
* Experience with collections, liquidation, or account maintenance
* Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
* Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
