**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. **Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs
* Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
* Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
* Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
* Maintain a positive and enthusiastic personality, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, improve processes, and achieve team goals

* Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
* High school diploma or equivalent required
