**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. With a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
* Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and resolve issues
* Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
* Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**What We Offer**
* Competitive pay rate: $15.00 - $20.00/hr
* 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

**Qualifications**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
* Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
* Experience in customer service and sales
* High school diploma or equivalent
