**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, and chat
* Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
* Answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of member interactions
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets (optional) by upselling or cross-selling additional benefits to interested members
**Essential Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
