Your role will be to: * **Field Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * **Connect with Customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to provide support and resolve issues. * **Calmly Resolve Issues**: De-escalate conflicts and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner. * **Escalate Interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction. * **Track Call Information**: Record and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Provide Feedback**: Offer feedback on call issues to improve our services. * **Upsell**: Identify opportunities to upsell and promote our services. **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you will need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **IT/Network Certifications/Degrees**: IT or network certifications or degrees are preferred. * **Age Requirement**: You must be at least 18 years old. * **Call Center Experience**: Proven experience in a call center environment is essential. * **Typing Speed**: A typing speed of 25 WPM is required. * **PC Operation and Navigation**: Proficiency in PC operation and navigation is necessary. * **Network Troubleshooting**: Entry-level network troubleshooting skills are required. * **Home Wi-Fi Setup**: Ability to set up home Wi-Fi networks. * **Router/switch Configuration**: Ability to set up and configure routers or switches. * **Computer Proficiency**: Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer is essential. * **Independence**: Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required. * **Composure**: Ability to stay composed and objective in fast-paced environments. * **Listening Skills**: Strong listening skills are essential. **Being One of Our People** At arenaflex, we prioritize our employees' happiness and well-being.
