**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative Team Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives who provide support to customers with questions and concerns about arenaflex's services. You'll be the primary point of contact for your team, providing guidance and support to help them resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to customers
* Provide guidance and support to team members to help them resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional service
* Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve customer service and team performance
* Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

* Participate in on-call rotations to provide support to customers outside of regular business hours

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers
* Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
* Ability to work in a remote work environment, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with financial health technology and healthcare services
* Experience working in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success
* Strong knowledge of arenaflex's services and products
* Ability to speak multiple languages, with a focus on languages spoken by arenaflex's customer base
**Telecommuting Requirements**
* Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
