**Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer care and focus, with the ability to assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Answering and managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
* Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals
* Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
* Upselling when necessary
* Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
* Utilizing basic computer skills and experience to navigate our systems and tools

* Listening actively, relaying information, and answering questions and/or concerns in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and other software applications
