**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering their inquiries, and helping them resolve any issues they may be facing. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your ability to listen, empathize, and provide solutions will be crucial in building trust and loyalty. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
* Provide product information and help clients resolve any issues they may be facing
* Assess clients' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
* Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
* Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
* Up-sell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic computer skills and experience
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
