**The Job**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding our customers' warranties. You'll be part of a high-functioning team environment, working collaboratively to achieve our goals and provide exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Educate customers on their warranty coverage and benefits, ensuring they understand their policy and any associated requirements
* Resolve customer conflicts and complaints in a fair and empathetic manner, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate and informed support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
