**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
* Initiating outbound calls to respond to inquiries and follow up with previous contacts
* Providing support and assistance to customers, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats
* Developing and maintaining excellent working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
* Adhering to arenaflex's policies, procedures, and quality standards
**Required Skills**

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management

**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6-month call center experience or 1-year customer service experience
* Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
* High school degree or equivalent required
* Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year required
