**The Role**

**Responsibilities:**

* Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide the best customer service experience
* Provide information about current plans and products, and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
* Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 18 years or older
* 1 year of customer service experience
* Professional positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
* Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
* Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
* Schedule with open availability, including evenings and weekends
* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
* USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* Quiet, secured workspace
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
