**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative – Remote, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance on our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and empathetic solutions to their questions and concerns
