**Compensation**
* Enjoy a competitive starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.

**System Requirements**
To ensure a seamless experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:
* A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
* A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications.
* A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted).
* A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook is not supported.
**Training Schedule**
Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
