**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: Field customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Minimum of 6 Months of Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is preferred.
* **Must be 18 Years of Age or Older**: You must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
* **Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute**: You should be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
* **Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems**: You should be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
* **Customer Service and/or Sales Experience**: Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
* **College Degree Preferred but Not Required**: A college degree is preferred but not required.
