**About the Role**
As a Remote Impact Client Support Delegate, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Internal Body Shop in all aspects of its Approved Impact Program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Work planning support:** Collaborate with the Body Shop team to ensure seamless execution of work plans and schedules.
* **Client communication and coordination:** Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
* **Vehicle appearance arrangement:** Work closely with the Body Shop team to arrange for vehicle appearances, including twist and CCC organization appearance.
* **Rental coordination and hand off:** Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth rental and hand-off processes.
* **Material and supplies reordering:** Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
* **Fix survey and conveyance:** Conduct surveys and coordinate conveyance of vehicles as required.
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* **Bachelor's Degree in Crash Fix or related field:** A degree in Crash Fix or a related field is essential for this role.
* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills:** You'll need to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
