**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional phone and texting support to our customers
* Contacting customers regarding balances and billing inquiries
* Offering sales support and guidance to customers
* Improving operational efficiencies and identifying areas for process improvement
* Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed
**Requirements & Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in PC software and ability to learn new computer systems
* Basic understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas
* Willingness to submit to a background check
* Availability for in-person training with our NJ staff in West Orange and Sparta NJ
