**Responsibilities and Obligations**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing comprehensive information on our products and services to customers, helping them make informed decisions
* Reviewing customer needs and making referrals based on specific requirements, ensuring a dedicated customer base
* Taking ownership of customer interactions, proactively addressing issues, and adapting communication approaches to meet customer needs
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to instill customer confidence and build loyalty
* Staying up-to-date on product/service improvements, system updates, and changes to requirements, maximizing productivity and performance
* Understanding travel documentation requirements, utilizing resources and sources to ensure efficient and quick processing
* Promoting best practices and quality assurance, observing plans and methods, and maintaining standards of work to ensure compliance
* Maintaining customer records in our proprietary database, using device functionality to ensure accurate entry of records that maximizes efficiency
* Displaying a high level of job ownership and maintaining an updated customer profile page through quick submission of notes, support documents, and interactions
* Delivering customer support and utilizing purchase approaches to retain clients, informing consumers about added-value products that may benefit them
* Mastering a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, executing multiple tasks and navigating devices simultaneously

* Fluent in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills: clear written and spoken communication with demonstrated understanding of communication methods and styles; articulate precisely and briefly in a professional and hospitable fashion without slang or complex language

**Working Disorders and Site**
* Workplace environment: exposure to computer monitors, working closely with others in an open workspace environment
* This job would be 100% remote/work from home
**Physical Demands**
* Sharp-sightedness; ability to read computer monitor for extended periods, around 8 hours
