**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, answering their queries, resolving their issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming phone calls from patients, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
* Accurately entering new patient information into our computer system, including name, address, diagnosis, physician, product needs, and insurance
* Obtaining written orders from physicians, verifying insurance, and generating orders
* Ensuring that patients and referral sources are kept up to date on order status
* Daily processing of purchase order exception reports
* Collaborating with our team members to resolve customer issues and improve our services
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 3 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably in an administrative role
* Call center experience is preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Multitasking and organizational skills
* Ability to answer a high volume of calls
* Experience working with computers and data entry
* DME experience is preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a healthcare setting
* Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
* Certification in customer service or a related field
