**The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative (Licensed P&C Agent), you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth for arenaflex. You will be responsible for:
* Providing quality service and insurance recommendations to current and prospective customers
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
**Responsibilities**
* Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
* Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately in order to meet the needs of the customer
* Strive for first call resolution in order to provide "best in class" service
* Stay current and knowledgeable of all procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met
* Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
**Qualifications**
* Property/Casualty Insurance License required
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college is a plus!
* 1 or more years of insurance sales/service experience desired; customer service experience required
* Demonstrated job stability and attendance records
* Remote working experience a plus
* Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills
**Requirements**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
* Dedicated to providing a positive customer experience
* Communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
* Strong technical background/ability to multi-task in several systems at once
* Willingness to learn new material and systems/applications
* Accountable and reliable
