**Work Flexibility and Schedule**
As a Customer Service Representative I - 1st Shift (Remote), you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that aligns with our 1st shift hours. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and building strong relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
* Ensuring accuracy of PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry as the front line for data entry
* Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
* Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
* Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
* Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
* Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax
* Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process
* Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
**What You Need**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Two (2) years' relevant work experience
* Experience as an account representative (desired)
* Proficiency in Oracle (desired)
**Compensation and Benefits**

* Hourly rate: $19.58 - $32.04 (plus bonus eligible)
