**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you will act as a liaison between our clients and their customers, providing product/service information, resolving emerging problems, and gathering valuable customer feedback. The ideal candidate will be genuinely excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. **Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing large amounts of incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the proper methods/tools and meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and taking the extra mile to engage customers

**Qualifications**

* **Track record of over-achieving quota**: We are looking for candidates who can consistently meet or exceed sales targets and call handling quotas.
* **Good phone etiquette and communication skills**: You will be interacting with customers over the phone, so excellent communication skills are essential.
* **Familiarity with CRM systems and practices**: Experience with CRM systems and practices will be beneficial in managing customer interactions and data.

* **Sales and upselling experience preferred**: Experience in sales and upselling will be beneficial in generating sales leads and building relationships with customers.
