- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our FORWARD application programs, ensuring you're always up-to-date on the latest features and updates.
- Identify areas for improvement in our workflows and suggest innovative solutions to enhance our customer support processes.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, empathizing with applicants and providing personalized support.
- Multitask with ease, handling a high volume of activity across phone, email, and chat channels.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical savviness, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
