Job Overview

We are excited to announce that our Caremark Member Operations division at arenaflex is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the Orlando area. As a Customer Care Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and balance your priorities in and outside of work while delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. Key Responsibilities

• Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
• Take inbound calls and provide solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience.
• Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific client groups.
• Receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
• Offer solutions and support to help our members better understand their coverage and options.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
• Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life.
• Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
• Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
• Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• At least 6 months of health care experience.

Compensation and Benefits
