About the Position

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering exemplary customer service to policyholders and agents via phone, email, or other communication channels
• Addressing verbal and written inquiries regarding term life insurance policies, including billing, policy coverage, underwriting, and contract changes
• Identifying concerns, asking appropriate questions, and responding to inquiries in a concise and courteous manner
• Documenting all research findings thoroughly and performing corrections as needed
• Recognizing priority situations and notifying appropriate parties when necessary
• Maintaining knowledge of company products and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
• Communicating professionally with irate customers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of call center customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• A minimum high school diploma or GED
