We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders, resolving inquiries, and providing expert solutions to our customers. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!

* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
