Your expertise will be valued and utilized to drive business growth, and you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent experience across all contact points * Perform a range of airport-related tasks, including registration and security, doors, move, and appearance (where relevant) * Conduct security checks, including verifying traveler records and screening passengers at registration and flight gates (where applicable) * Monitor and report on all aspects of airport activity and traveler behavior * Work closely with Lead Specialists responsible for flight/workspaces/shifts, taking guidance and direction as needed * Lead regulatory obligations, including pre-flight and post-flight takeoff * Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times * Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to our clients * Complete mandatory training and adhere to safe working practices at all times * Perform other reasonable duties as required to support the role **What You'll Need for Success** * Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Solution-oriented approach with the ability to resolve conflicts within time constraints * Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Email * Familiarity with Saber/Qik or other reservation system software * Willingness to attend training in the USA and Europe and complete all applicable training **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry * Familiarity with airport operations and procedures * Proficiency in additional languages, such as Spanish or French **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our colleagues' growth and development.
