**About the Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative on our Aetna Answer Team, you'll be the single point of contact for our clients, responding to their service requests and issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll be responsible for delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client. Your exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical acumen will enable you to provide seamless support and exceed our clients' expectations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries.
* Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client.
* Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify and resolve recurring issues.
* Develop technical acumen through ongoing training and development opportunities.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client interaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Prior call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Experience in using process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies.

* Strong client-facing orientation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
