**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing best-in-class customer service to arenaflex's clients and their customers
* Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts
* Utilizing CRM systems to manage customer interactions and resolve technical inquiries
* Updating records with current demographic and contact information and accurately notating all interactions
* Comprehending training material on a variety of topics and sharing new concepts and content
* Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry and client Statement of Work standards
* Attaining all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals
**What You Need to Be a Successful Customer Service Representative**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on people's lives
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
* A self-starter mentality with a great degree of internal motivation
* The ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems
* The ability to troubleshoot common computer issues
**Education and Qualifications**
* High school or equivalent (required)
* 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
**Training Schedule**
During the first two weeks of employment, training will be conducted Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm CST.
