As a Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of customer service that we're known for. You'll influence and educate your peers by setting an example, providing direction, and generally raising the level of performance of others while on the job. You'll provide feedback to peers and leaders, ensuring that quality and timeliness expectations are met. Additionally, you'll take calls to maintain personal proficiency and support office-level goals, build and maintain client relationships, and attend calibration meetings to achieve consistency in the review process.

**Responsibilities:**
* Influence and educate by setting the example, providing direction, and generally raising the level of performance of others while on the job
* Provide feedback to peers and leaders, ensuring that quality and timeliness expectations are met
* Provide review updates on quality and/or timeliness expectations
* Take calls to maintain personal proficiency and to support office-level goals
* Build and maintain client relationships
* Attend and present at calibration meetings to achieve consistency in the review process
* Facilitate training for new hires and rotational employees as required
* Ensure timely reviews occur
* Identify trends and assist with specific training needs as requested
**Requirements:**
* 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
* 0-2 years of experience (Preferred)
* Customer Centricity: ability to understand and meet the needs of customers
* Digital Literacy: proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
