**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Registering sales on assigned cash register, processing transactions, and handling returns and exchanges
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays
* Assisting with visual merchandising, including constructing and maintaining displays and completing resets and revisions
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products
* Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
* Complying with all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned
**Training & Personal Development**

**Basic Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:
* Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours
* Have a high school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Prior work experience with blithequark
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
