Our mission is to provide high-quality services and support to our members, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Advocate III, you will be responsible for: * Resolving complex issues or concerns for members or providers through various communication channels, including phone, live chats, and emails. * Assessing and researching customer service needs, determining causes, and initiating corrective actions to other service or technical departments as needed. * Providing support and guidance on various complex, member or provider issues to ensure customers receive high-quality services. * Resolving complex problems and educating customers on solutions or requested information. * Identifying and documenting all customer information and communications to update leadership on customer needs through root cause analysis. * Providing guidance and training to other team members on more complex issues in the absence of a team lead. * Documenting all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. * Remaining up-to-date and adhering to quality standards, regulation, and all other policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance. * Performing other duties as assigned. * Complying with all policies and standards. **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or GED * 2-4 years of related experience in customer service or a related field * Vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience (may include additional on-the-job training or continuous learning education) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a contact center environment * Familiarity with CRM applications * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Experience providing guidance and training to team members **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM applications **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
