Our family of nationally recognized brands, including Impark, Lanier, Republic Parking, AmeriPark, and ParkOne, is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. **Job Opportunity** We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. As a CXR, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, online forms, and more. This is a permanent work-from-home position, with a flexible schedule of 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, during our hours of operation: 8:30am – 5pm Pacific Time / 11:30am – 8pm Eastern Time. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling customer inquiries regarding parking violation notices, general parking inquiries, monthly parking, and other assigned duties * Processing secure payments for parking violation notices * Operating with speed, agility, and accuracy in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment * Using critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle back-to-back interactions * Toggling between multiple arenaflex systems and databases to look up information, update records, and log key details about customer interactions * Maintaining attention to detail and accuracy in both verbal and textual communications * Maintaining customer records and handling customer information with sensitivity to privacy * Championing customer success by efficiently resolving customer inquiries and complaints * Demonstrating empathy and excellent listening skills * Demonstrating superior grammar skills and professional written language * Fostering customer success by efficiently resolving customer inquiries and complaints * Embracing performance-based targets and call monitoring/recording * Other duties as assigned **Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise** To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent certification * Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment * A strong work ethic and reliability with professionalism and poise * Superior interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * 40 WPM typing speed * Consistent attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks * Ability to work from a seated position at a desk and talk on the phone for 8 hours a day * Designated quiet, uninterrupted workspace at home with a reliable high-speed internet connection * Computer with 6GB RAM, USB wired headset and mic, a keyboard with numpad, and monitor for use during probation * An Android smartphone or iPhone for 2-factor authentication * A knowledge of contact center policies and software, including CRM, phone systems, etc. is an asset but is not required * Canada resident **What We'll Provide** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Comprehensive training for arenaflex systems and processes * A competitive salary range of $17.50 to $22.60 * Medical, vision, dental, life insurance, AD&D, STD, LTD, RRSP, and EAP benefits * Career-pathing and advancement opportunities * A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team of innovators and thinkers * The flexibility to work from home with a flexible schedule **About Our Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
