- Practicing active listening and striving to exceed customer expectations by giving effective solutions to customers' problems and concerns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution, escalating complex or unresolved issues to the process expert or relevant department as needed.
- Documenting customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records and data.
- Proactively identifying trends in customer inquiries and suggesting improvements that can enhance the customer experience, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
- Assisting customers in resolving post-sales issues, such as technical difficulties or order-related concerns, providing timely and effective support.
