Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, QNXT, CRM, Verint, Kronos, Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and issue resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of customer service or sales experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Broker/Healthcare insurance licensure or relevant certifications.
- Experience working with CVS Caremark, Availity, and other systems utilized by arenaflex.
- Proficiency in multiple lines of business, including Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, and MMP.
