**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Experience Data Analytics Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and executing customer experience analytics strategies and products to drive business growth and improve customer experience
* Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Growth and Accountable Business Units (ABUs) CX teams, to embed data-driven decision-making and drive business action and performance
* Delivering proactive and provocative CX insights that drive business action and performance
* Partnering with Digital Technology Solutions and other stakeholders to drive data governance standards and improve data literacy/fluency in CX teams
* Developing advanced analytics capabilities against prioritized B2B IME use cases, including pipeline review and churn management
* Collaborating with senior leaders to communicate insights and recommendations in a concise and persuasive format

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for data analytics and insights. You will be a creative thinker who is always looking for new and better ways to perform, and you will be comfortable working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders. You will have:
* Proven experience in data analytics within a B2B environment
* Good understanding of Customer Experience datasets and their usage
* Experience in a broad range of analytics methods from descriptive and diagnostic to predictive and prescriptive
* Expertise with Power BI and other visualization software
* Highly developed collaboration skills with an ability to work and influence across a matrix organization
* Ability to communicate to senior leaders in a concise and persuasive format
* Ability to prioritize opportunities and navigate effectively in a matrix environment
