About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Customer Experience (CX) Strategy & Operations team. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for uncovering insights, crafting compelling visual narratives, and gaining a deep understanding of business operations to inform data-driven decision-making across the organization. Who You'll Work With

As part of the Customer Experience Strategy & Operations team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Support, Community, QA, Business Intelligence, Data Scientists, and Data Engineering. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Our pay range for this role is $62,500 - $75,000 USD, depending on market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
