**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Providing onsite donor engagement at specific arenaflex mobile blood drives that have been identified to have the greatest opportunity to create the most effective Customer Experience impact.
* Exhibiting an enthusiastic and professional demeanor when interacting with donors, chairpersons, and arenaflex employees.
* Receiving and processing communications from internal and external customers.
* Acting as a liaison for customer/donor issues, addressing, resolving, or appropriately routing customer concerns to ensure response or resolution.
* Providing ongoing Customer Experience feedback of donor experiences to arenaflex Management.
* Ensuring arenaflex's Corporate Culture is demonstrated by employees during donor, chairperson, and employee interactions.
* Determining and implementing "Best Practices" for customer engagement and retention.
* Looking for opportunities to increase donor engagement and provide positive engagement opportunities, developing action plans for execution.
* Providing reports on customer experience initiatives that capture "voice of the donor".
* Representing the voice of the donor and providing input into every core Customer Experience initiative and process.
* Completing administrative tasks correctly and on time, helping as needed with reports, events, and required paperwork.
* Understanding, monitoring, and ensuring effective execution of all arenaflex policies and procedures to support organizational goals and values.
* Adhering to state and federal guidelines and professionally supporting affirmative action, social responsibility, and diversity initiatives.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Associate's Degree (Bachelor's desirable) from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of three years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Two years of customer service experience is preferred in client-facing opportunities.
* Proficiency in computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced experience in Excel preferred.
* Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
* Ability to Type 50 wpm. Good attention to detail, and accuracy.
* Good interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own work.
* Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
* Valid Texas Driver's License (TDL) plus acceptable driving record.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
