**The Role**
As a Customer Engineer - Entra ID, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive services, such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance, to our clients. You'll train customers and share industry and development expertise, building strong relationships and ensuring deliveries align with customer projects and milestones. You'll also gain access to expertise and support from our client's consulting practice and product group.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Deliver proactive services, such as education workshops, assessments, and expert guidance, to our clients.
* Train customers and share industry and development expertise.
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.
* Gain access to expertise and support from client's consulting practice and product group.
* Maintain, and extend accreditations and certifications, assist in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness.
* Demonstrate strong communication skills; ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships, and gain trust and respect for Client Premier.
* Engineers must also possess strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills.

+ Entra ID Business to Consumer (B2C)
+ Entra ID Business to Business (B2B)
+ Entra ID for Customers
+ Cross-Tenant Access Settings
+ Cross-Tenant Access Synchronization

+ Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Identity infrastructure (Entra ID), and Security
* Strong technical skills, including:
+ Entra ID External Identities

+ Security
+ Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strategic ongoing customer relationships.
* Strong technical writing, presentation, and training skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
**Salary and Benefits**
* Salary: The salary for this position is between $110,000- $120,000 Annually, depending on factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
