As a Customer Development Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Schedule appointments for pest inspections, treatments, and follow-up services, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and service history.
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding services, pricing, and availability, collaborating with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Follow up on annual renewals and assist in securing payment methods, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
• Assist with overflow sales calls and messages as needed, maintaining a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Conduct targeted outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying decision-makers and establishing initial contact, utilizing industry-specific directories, databases, and networking channels to generate high-quality leads.
